The final version of The Last Chance Saloon Band featured only me (Ron Rodgers) as the last remaining original member. On stage with me, gettin' Nitty Gritty at Big Hat Days, were 3 former members of the Cadillac Cowboys.
We had been playing together for quite some time, but a lot of local fans didn't realize it was a combination of the two bands. So many people were happy to see the group perform, as temporary as it was.
